All orders are processed within:

  • 1–3 business days (standard orders)
  • 3–7 business days (bulk or industrial orders)

Processing time excludes weekends and holidays.

Custom or large-volume orders may require additional time.

2. Shipping Methods

We use international logistics providers depending on destination:

  • Standard Air Shipping
  • Express Courier
  • Sea Freight (bulk industrial shipments)

Shipping method is selected based on order size and destination.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times:

  • 10-15 business days

Delays may occur due to customs or logistics conditions.

Due to international shipping restrictions and compliance requirements, we do not currently accept orders or ship to the following countries/regions:

  • Asia & Middle East: China, Hong Kong, Macao, India, Iran, North Korea, Pakistan, Syria, Burma, Turkey.
  • Europe & Ireland: United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Spain, Cyprus, Russia.
  • Africa & Others: Ghana, Nigeria, South Africa, South Sudan, Libya.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs depend on:

  • Shipping method

Final shipping fee is calculated at checkout.

5. Tracking

Once shipped, customers will receive a tracking number via email.

Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear.

6. Customs & Duties

Customers are responsible for:

  • Local clearance fees

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections.

7. Lost or Delayed Packages

If a package is delayed:

Lost packages confirmed by carriers may be refunded or replaced.

9. Undeliverable Packages
